"TEAMWORK AND UNITY". Interesting that those two things are so vitally important in real estate as well as in your festivsl in Ontario,
Betty
Al and Peggy - I remember those dragon boat races. Well done and thanks for bringing back memories.
The boat races must be so much fun to watch. "Teamwork & unity" is such a necessary for so much of life. We could learn a lot from those boat teams.
What fun! We used to live in Yuma, AZ, on the Colordo river, and the town had various types of boat races there. I miss it.
Hi Al & Peggy, that looks like it would be so much fun! Now what I want to know is, did you participate? And why do they say you have to have 8 women per team, I mean I am all for that, but it just struck me as a bit odd!
Hey Betty, looks like you have your teamwork and unity down pat!
Hey There John, no problem in the memory department, any time!
Irene we really can learn alot, they had the organizers, the workers and the cheerleaders!
Hi Les and Leslie, boat races on the Colarado River, now that would have been great fun!
Andrea! They had to have 8 women to get the job done LOL! Seriously, don't know why that rule was in play. Especially when the physical fitness of the different teams didn't seem to matter. An Yes! we did participate, on the shore, whooping and hollering and snapping lots of pictures!!! :)
Al & Peggy - My father use to participate in dragon boat racing and loved it. Teamwork is a must and if you don't know what it is you'll quickly learn. Thanks for sharing the pics and info!
Al and Peggy that looks like a lot of fun, that is fun to watch, I am not into the paddling ........ LOL
Hey Michelle! Really, it must have been fascinating to watch him!

Hello AL & Peggy, I must have led a sheltered life because I'm not sure I've heard of the "dragon boat races". Looks like great competiton and a lot of fun.
