Summer of 2007 and "Belly Deep" in grass. Thanks to a great rainy spring the grass is back and this looks more like it. Southern Colorado has had a long dry spell and this is a welcome site.

This is nearby to one of my recent large ranch listings, I could not resist sharing this with all of you.

Beautiful! We're enjoying the end of a drought here, exchanging dry, brown grass for green and, well, lots and lots of MUD (black gumbo clay here). Just lovin' it.
