Hi Julianna,  Nice job!  Was this an occupied or vacant staging? If vacant are the furnishings shown the home owner's, from your inventory or rented?  Again, nice job!  Love the outdoor furniture.

Julianna - the patio is terrific and adds an extra "room" to the property.  I am curious as to whether or not the property was/is vacant.  If the property is vacant, what is your liability on the outdoor furniture if anything happens?  I have two vacants that would benefit greatly from patio staging however the liability issue keeps cropping up!

The living room is fab and I really like what you have done in the curved wall of the stairwell.

Thank you all for your kind comments. To answer some questions, this property was occupied. Soon to have new occupants :-)  The furniture you see is a mix of Roomspinners owned furnishings and accessories for rentals and the homeowners items, including the back porch. We like to use what we can of the homeowners furnishings to keep the rental fees low and every home unique in it's showing. However, we do offer full vacant staging.
