Oppose $8k Tax Credit

No, I will not support the NAR effort to extend the $8k tax credit.

NO MORE BUYING VOTES with unconstitutional communist schemes to "spread the wealth" (in Obama's words).

Corruption starts with US!!! I am sick that my industry lines up like pigs at a trough behind the banksters and automobile thieves. Yes thieves, because they are stealing just as surely as if they held a gun to your head.

I strenuously and vehemently objected to the first giveaway, and am doubly opposed to its extension!!!  I oppose using my dues and franchise fees to promote another congressional scheme to benefit one class of citizens over another, and buy votes from Realtors, first-time homebuyers, lenders, marketing companies, stockholders, etc. Realogy (the franchise giant) supports EXPANDING the tax credit from first-time buyers to all homebuyers, increasing the maximum amount of the tax credit from $8,000 to $15,000, eliminating the existing income caps for eligibility purposes, and extending this homebuyer tax credit for one year.

Finding groups of people upon whom to shower unearned benefits at the expense of future generations, destroys the Republic our forefathers fought and died for. Follow the Constitution, stop the giveaways!

 Why have we allowed CONgress to use the tax system as an instrument of social and economic policy? What is their authority to give money to anyone for homes, cars, and soon appliances. What's next - jewelry?

You cannot spend your way to prosperity.

 You are an honorable man driven to do a good job for Realtors, but we can afford another give-away program stolen from generations yet unborn. Step up to the plate and do what is right, even though it is against your short-term interest. You have an obligation to your country to STOP this avalanche of corruption dead in its tracks.
