We recently sold a property in four days at above list price with multiple offers.  The property had previously been listed with another realtor for over a month and had received no offers.  Our seller indicated that the previous realtor had given him no advice on how to improve the marketability of his home. 

We made suggestions for improvements at minimal cost, and did minimal staging of the home.   We also took very good pictures for the MLS.  As soon as the property went on the market, the phone was ringing off the hook!

Just a few simple changes and minimal staging made all the difference!
