Excellent advice.  No homeowner should attempt a short sale without an experienced realtor.  The market is saturated with homes, many of which are also selling short.

We completed our sale in August and it took us six, stress filled months, but it was worth it.  I would also recommend that anyone cosidering a short sale go to www.myshortsalesuccess.com as it's writtenfor the homeowner/seller from a seller's perspective.  Being  prepared and informed is the key as the short sale can be filled with pitfalls.
