Peter,
90% of my clients come from the internet. So, you need to be in a position to respond fairly quickly, because that's the expectation.
Brian
I'm not sure I'm right on top of things, but I know I'm doing better than the people who NEVER check their email, never reply to online enquiries, and don't even remember the password to an email they set up 10 years ago and have never checked.
We really do need to keep up and try to exceed expectations.
Peter, The first person to friend me on FB was in her late eighties. I have thrown out my fax for a Scansnap that converts everything to PDF in, well, a snap! (up to 50 pages at a time. I am now at a CRS technology two day seminar (taking it for the second time in twelve years) and I am learning about sooooo many new programs. We have to keep up. Plus, it makes us so portable.Good post!
