Rentals vs. Sales for Income

The agents on our team are renting 2-3 homes each per month between vacation and long term rentals. Our commission split on rentals is higher and since there is no escrow, they money comes a lot quicker with a lot less hassle and effort. With the average rental commission $800 per year per client, an agent can make a good living just focusing on renters and rentals. Most of our team has had investment property so they are familiar with screening tenants, repair and maintenance issues, and other issues involved with rentals. We have very good luck with good renters paying the rent and taking good care of the property. Sales are great- challenging, profitable, and rewarding. Rentals are too.

You Can easily pull out the commision and income reference in this blog and TOTALLY market it as a Rental Advertisment for Your Company with a few minor TWEAKS.  You might just find it a more productive use of the blog.   Good Luck With Your Rentals.

Glad to see your rental market is so active in your area.  We don't see many vacation rentals around here, but I can see how you like them.  Best wishes.
