Google uses two methods of determining what a page is about:

1.  The page itself and the information it has to offer.

2.  How other people link to that page.

Most of ust have outside websites...for example mine is www.azwm.com

Now Google will find that link, just above this sentence, but it doesn't give Google any information.  The best way to link is to tell Google what the link is about.  For example:

Chandler AZ Real Estate

Now I am going to link those words to my site and Google will associate those words with my site...which it should.  I don't care about the first link to AZWM.com, what I care is to "anchor" specific text to my website.  How well does it work?  Go ahead and Google me.

Yes, I think I understand... Google sometimes needs help in identifying content.  So instead of using www.kwokProperties.com for my website for  Chandler Real Estate, I should tell google to use Chandler Real Estate.    :)
