Hi Dena;
Very nice home and great price, I thank you for sharing. Good luck for a quick sale.
Thanks Anthony!
Sweet little home. I didn't realize that you worked so far east. I guess we'll go anywhere! LOL.
Very nice listing Dena. A heated patio too!! are you kidding me?? That is a wonderful amenity.
Dena - that's a lot of home for the money. The size is deceptive.I agree with Mary - a heated patio? But of course with your winters....
Jeff
Actually, I'm not crazy about going as far out as Las Animas, 2 hr drive from Pueblo. But there are very few agents out there and no MLS. Maybe I should write about that?
Dena, that's quite a drive.......hopefully you will find a buyer for it soon. Nice price for so many bedrooms.
I had a gal from Yoder want me to list her 40 acres and a mobile. It would have gone on the market for around $95,000. She was broke and didn't want to pay full commission. I just couldn't justify it. It's quite a ways out of town, and I live on the north end, making it even farther. We finally agreed she'd tried to do it as a FSBO. Maybe if our prices recover, we can get it sold then.
Oh, and my boss expects me to work in Woodland Park, too. That's quite a drive as well. We've got some agents at my office that have listings in Florissant, and Cripple Creek. Just too far!
