I thought I would share with you the Current Heart Beat of the real estate market place Today around the Municipality Oak Bay  in Victoria BC.This evening I looked up on our MLS system our Oak MLS Bay Map Areas for North Oak Bay, Uplands, Estevan, South Oak Bay,Gonzales and Henderson for Current Listings and Pending Sales...

Surpising to see the Amount of Activity in Pending Home Sales...Wow.

In the Month of September so far there have been a total 46 MLS Pending Sales, up from the Month August  with 36 Single Family Homes, 10 Condo's & 0 Townhouse Sold

Here are the 6 real estate map areas of Oak Bay 

• North Oak Bay there are Currently 5 Homes For Sale and 2 Pending Sales. Pending Sales are Down from August, still not a lot of Choices in North Oak Bay.
  
• Uplands  there are currently 11 Homes For Sale & 7 Pending Sales.. Pending Sales are up & Average Selling Prices are up slightly over August to $1,442,857.
  
• Estevan there are currently 2 Homes For Sale  with 3 Pending Sales...What Slow Market, a popular area to live in Oak Bay with the average pending sale price at $740,667:.
  
• Henderson  there are currently 17 homes For Sale with  9 Pending Sales. Wow The Average Pending sale price is $710,000!
