Must See Video - Updated "Did You Know 4.0"

By now you've probably seen the Shift Happens video originally created by high school teacher, Karl Fisch to educate the Arapahoe High School community about the latest changes in technology. The video has had a life of it's own and now version 4.0 is out to update the world about the changes in Media Convergence and Technology (Facebook, Twitter, iPhones anyone?!) Since you're here on ActiveRain, then you've already proven you want to keep pace with technology so watch the video!

The original Shift Happens video came out in 2006. It's amazing how much has changed in just 3 years!

That teacher may not see that teachers will probably be replaced by access to technology. Look out for the NEA trying to delay it.

Deb - And one of the most exciting aspects of all of our technoligical advancements is that we can't envision some of the changes that will come within the next decade because they haven't yet been dreamed.

Heather - Just like technology hasn't replaced real estate agents, I don't think it will replace teachers. It certainly has changed both, though.

You're right John - it's exciting to try to imagine what some of the coming changes will be!

in this day and age if you are an agent... you must be a part of the social networks....or you are out of business

Quite a video. Thanks for sharing. My brain is sorta tired to stretching, but stretch it must. I surely don't want to be left behind.

Yes Konnie I agree, you do need to do some social networking, but you don't need to be on absolutely all of them, thanfully!.
