Just last week, The Wall Street Journal reported that Toll Brothers is planning a nationwide housing sale from now until October 4th. Toll Brothers is offering buyers deals such as half-off incentives and closing cost assistance. Hurry because these offers will not last long! Robert Toll, Chairman and CEO, stated that he is confident that the housing market has shown promising signs of stabilizing and that prices are scheduled to increase in some communities again. Thanks for the comment. These deals definately won't last long around here, especially with all the bidding wars going on for most properties under $400,000!
