This condo had just been painted and was ready to be staged according to the owner when I spoke with him on the phone. Imagine his surprise when I told him the new paint job was in vain.

Jackson, job well done. I love looking at before and after photos. It just never ceases to amaze me how many interior photos I see of properties where the toilet seat is up! I would say 9 out of 10. People don't realize how much of a difference it makes in a photo to PUT THAT SEAT DOWN!

Thank goodness the seller listened to you! I had a seller contact me just after he'd finished painting the interior a day-glo yellow, stating that it was all set to stage. Even though I gently told the owner a more neutral color was necessary for such a small place (it was about 600 sq ft!), he was offended. Oh well, you win some and you lose some...I think his place was on the market for a long time!

Jackson - This is an amazing transformation and a great testament to your staging work. This is also a great example of where I think before photo's are key and important. It still amazes me what homeowners are thinking when they decide to paint their house. I have seen some horrible wall color in my career, but this one might be the icing on the cake. Why can't they learn to ask a proffessional before spending money? You did a great job on this house.
