With cooler weather approaching here in Pawleys Island, SC, it seems people are staying in more and focusing on all the upcoming seasons. For home staging here locally, that means business is picking up. As the end of the year approaches and all the holiday seasons ahead of us, I think people are putting together new plans to sell the house that has been sitting on the market "not sold" for the year. People are looking for new ways to get that house sold. This is the time of the year where I really kick up my advertising. I feel like I get the biggest bang for my buck this time of year. So carefully place your advertsing. People are looking for new and inventive ways to market their homes. After all, even in home staging, it's all about providing a solution to a problem. Problem....House on the market for a year or more and no prospective buyers in sight........Solution.........Hire a Home Stager. Since Holidays are just around the corner, what better time to de-clutter than now! Get your home organized and updated for the New Year... and remember, less is more!

Have a blessed day!
