It's Howl-o-ween at the Phoenix Zoo!Howl-o-Ween at the Phoenix Zoo

If you've got a haunted house/fright night fetish, you'll definitely want to be at the Phoenix Zoo for Howl-o-Ween, on Fri/Sat, October 30-31, from 6:30 to 10:30 p.m. This is a brand new evening event at the zoo that will offer experiences sure to terrify those looking for a good scare. The zoo is located at 455 N. Galvin Parkway, Phoenix, AZ 85008.

  • Join the scariest endeavor of finding the mysterious creature haunting the Zoo.
  • Take a spooky train ride that even the youngest victims will be sure to enjoy.
  • Ride the "Scareousel" for a web-spinning good time.
  • Take a seat and rest in peace with our ghost storytellers.
  • Beware of those who try to take the treasure at the Pirates of the "Scareibbean."
  • Ride the wagon to the darkest corner of the zoo where even the zookeepers don't dare to venture on thheir own.
  • Find out what's in the coffin dropped off in the graveyard by the funeral carriage
  • Dance to scary DJ music, and much more! Kids 8 and under will have their own merry-not-scary pathways, but they may prefer to visit Boo at the Zoo, the children's daytime event.

Tickets: Call 602.914.4333. Members = $6 / Non-members = $8 (Children 2 years and younger are free.)

It all sounds like delicious, scary fun! I sure hope to see you there!

Anna - That looks like fun. I'll have to see if our local zoo is doing something like that.
