The end of the fiscal year is September 30^th for the USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing Program. More often than not, Congress does not have the next year’s program funding allocated before this date rolls around. Many banks and mortgage companies will pull the plug on funding their USDA Guaranteed Rural Housing loans until Congress allocates the funding. BUT NOT ALL OF THEM!!!!!
