Tom,

I just featured this. Is there any way you can put the date and time in the post somewhere so that it's really obvious?

I was just talking to a loan officer today who said 3 of his last 7 deals (which were good deals) were blown out due to low appraisals due to the HVCC in his opinion.

Hi Tom - I got on the call, but it was filled up before the start time. Some interesting questions were asked and answered, such as how NAMB is going to pick up the pace on communicating with its members and the BIG QUESTION about will the mortgage broker industry still be around when all this dust settles. Answer to that one was YES, that this is a viable business model that serves a consumer need. Replay will be posted at www.NAMB.org
