I am re-blogging this for a couple of reasons.  First my friend William J Archambault Jr. requested that I do so, and because I think that the answers to the questions below are crucial to our Industry right now.

George,

Just missed this one. But the topics are very important to mortgage brokers, so I'll spread the word anyway here in Vegas.

Debbie thank you.  I have been flat out busy, but I always try to find time to comment on blogs of my friends here on ActiveRain, even if I can't get to it until late into the evening.

Bill thank you for making me aware of it.

Diane your welcome.

Esko all we can do is get the word out. Thank you.

Valerie, I enjoy working with you as well.

Joan ........ LOL  The only playing that I have been able to do lately is comment on blogs like yours.  I hope to get the time to write a couple of blogs before the month is out.

Bill, busy is putting it mildly.  I have even been meeting with Borrowers on Sundays.  I am not complaining, because this is why we do all the hard that we do to so that we can generate this kind of business.
