When the Real Living Peace of Mind Mortgage Potections was last extended I must have missed it.  I thought homes needed to be in contract today (and close by October 31, 2009) to qualify for the coverage. 

EXTENDED again!   The Real Living Peace of Mind Mortgage Protection is available now for purchases through the end of November that close by the end of December!

Real Living Peace of Mind FREE Job-loss Mortage Protection The fine print - here still shows homes need to close by Octoberr 31, 2009 but I have an addendum with new dates to use for buyers contracts written through the end of November now.  They must close by New Years Eve!

Peace of Mind Job- Loss Mortgage Protection

The insurance policy will pay your mortgage payment if you lose your job.*

The Real Living Peace of Mind Mortgage Protection is offered to buyers for free when you use Real Living Mortgage to finance your home.  The insurance is paid for by Real Living, it does not cost the buyer or seller anything- it's FREE.

The Peace of Mind  Job - Loss Mortgage Protection was announced in late May and was offered starting June 1, 2009. 

It all started ...Effective June 1, 2009 Real Living will pay your mortgage if you lose your job*  Or the insurance policy paid for by Real Living will pay your mortgage, if you lose your job.  *Restrictions apply

What a great program this is.  Are the guidelines tightened in order to qualify for this insurance?

Hi Kate - There are guidlines but they are not really that stringent.  YOu can go to www.realliving.com and find a button that will lead you to all the requirements.  Give it a try.
