Prospective first time home buyers should not assume that the program will be extended. They should move ahead to take advantage of the current $8,000 tax credit.

Yes Roy, but with only 60 days left and and FHA mortgages taking about to months to settle, it would be nice for the program to be extended!  Enjoy your weekend.

Julie I firmly believe that real estate will be a huge factor in leading our country up and out of issues, but who is going to pay for all of this? There will be a day when the bill will come due. Will we start printing virtual money when we run out of paper? Hey I think helping the SELLERS somehow that are upside down might be an alternate avenue to moving inventory. :)
