We love it there and family lives in Rumford...when in Newport...gotta have the lobsters, right off the boat at the Wharf! Oh and not to be missed, St. Patricks Day Festivities!

We flee the area on St. Patties... somehow, for some unknown reason, it seems the ground becomes unstable on that holiday... we dont get earthquakes much around here, but on St. Patties, judging from the people, it seems we have earthquakes several times an hour... I have had to pick people up from having fallen, and constantly see folks looking backward to see if they cleared the trench that jumped out in front of them when they stumble... hmmm... ;-)

But yes, love the lobster fresh off the dock...
