Sean: It's really nice to read a post about helping someone KEEP their home for a change. I have heard so many stories from consumers where some mortgage companies/banks won't even try to look at other options to keep someone from foreclosure. They would rather the property foreclose. It sounds ludicrous to me.

Donna - you are so right. My goal is t help them keep it first if I can. Banks are getting better with their modification systems, but I agree there is a long way to go to help us slow down foreclosures
