sorry I haven't posted in a while, A lot has been going on in the Reverse Mortgage World

I will start posting regularly again next week For now, there is just too much for me to do to. Limits (loan amounts) got reduced by ten percent. Reverse Mortgages for Co-ops look like a reality starting January, and many other interesting things are going on, both good and bad. I'll post about them all as soon as I can.

Michael, we just completed a closing on a HECM with MetLife........with all the media stories of fraud, rip-offs, etc., I was impressed by the professionalism of all the reps we dealt with......The closing took all of about 3 hours because my wife insisted on reading everything before signing; and the attorney for MetLife was extremely patient and answered all of her questions clearly............just thought I'd pass this info along...........

Thanks for the comment. I have found the people at Metlife to be excellent. I'm glad you closed and I'm sure that you will look back at the closing and be very thankful that you took advantage of this amazing loan.
