St Tammany Parish Fair Sept 30- Oct 3

I posted a reminder that area schools were closed tomorrow. I received a call with someone asking me for more info about the fair. She was having a hard time finding specific details- Admit fees, ride prices and specials, music schedules etc. Here is what I found:

Friday, October 2 - $2 entrance fee after 3:00 pm

9:00 a.m. -Parade Lineup, Jefferson Ave.
10:00 a.m. Parade begins
10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Midway Rides Open $12 pay one price
10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Exhibits Open
11:00am Opening Ceremony Main Stage
11:45 a.m. Poultry and Rabbit Awards- Main Stage
1200 p.m. 4-H Talent Show, Main Stage
1:00 - 5:00 p.m. Cheerleading and Dance Team Competition, Main Stage
3:00 p.m. - Midnight Midway Rides - 22 coupons for $20.00
6:00 - 8:00 p.m. - Four unplugged - Main Stage

12:30 to 4:00 p.m. Floral Exhibits to be picked up

2:00 p. m.- 3:00 p. m. Crops exhibits pick up
Sr. Home Ec. Exhibits pick up from 8:00 a.m. until Noon Monday, October 5th 4-H & Jr. Home Ec. Building take down from 8:00 a.m. until Noon Monday, October 5th
