Richard,
Thanks for the great story. I've had some closing experiences lately with everyone in a transaction that I've felt like we could all hi-five and say "Great job!" It is a good feeling..glad to hear you had one!!
Richard, great story and it points to the fact that when you have dedicated and experienced professionals working together, a transaction can go very smoothly. I wish it would happen more often.
Richard:
It's always nice to do transactions in which other people are professional and working hard toward the same goal. It really makes this all worthwhile.
I hoped your class was interesting yesterday.
Richard, working with a good Realtor on the other side is the key to a successful transasction. We are advocating for our clients but both committed to getting the buyers in the house, and the sellers out.
Dorie...
Yes, it is a "high-five" moment. Thanks for the comment.
Gabe...
I just wish ANY transaction would happen more often! lol and thanks.
Claudette...
It was intense and jam-packed with info ... but I passed my test and git my REOS certification. THX
Congratulations!!! In a perfect world they would all go down that way, but we all know that's not the case. Makes us appreciate the ones that do :)
Richard, nothing like a little teamwork to make things go better...
Helping you live your American dream...
Richard - You've got to love it when everybody pitches in to bring a deal together....congrats on getting this one closed! OH, and beautiful pic!!! Are those kites?
Richard, this is the real estate teamwork I learned as a newbie and what I miss all too often these days! It is also what creates 'clients for life'!
We get fewer ulcers when we all work together to get the deals done.
Did they teach you any new tricks in school?
Must be something in the air, I had a similar closing yesterday myself. Didn't look like it would happen Wednesday afternoon, but we all pulled it off.
Missy...
And when it all works together it's a beautiful thing. THX
Laura...
This one had a lot of intrigue ... it was interesting to say the least! Thanks
Michael...
It makes this job a lot easier! THX
Richard, It is always nice when both sides work together to get the job done especially when things change in mid stream.
Now that's what I'm talking about... The drama is high, but I live for those days... people pulling together can make it happen!
Congratulations to you and everyone participating...
Richard: There's a great feeling in that synergy when folks are cooperating to get things done. Good work!
Congratulations Richard! It's takes a village to raise a child and it takes a excellent players to get a deal closed - when everyone works together toward the same goal, miracle happen!
Ah Congratulations Richard! Michael Thornton had our same thoughts. Isn't it alwlays the way when you are involved with something else ie your CE courses, is when a transaction needs extra care?
Hi Richard--Just as Missy said, working with an agent who has the same work ethic as you is imperative--especially THIS day and time! Kudos to you for getting the job done too--I can just TELL that you're a make-it-happen guy with a great attitude--and I'm sure that helped make this day happen too!
Have a wonderful weekend...
It is always great to work on deal where everyone involved is working for the common good. Even if those are difficult if everyone is working together then we can at least be positive regardless of the outcome.
