A FEMA/GEMA agent stopped by our house today and gave us this information to give to our neighbors who had flooding.  I've copied it for you to share with your clients/friends/neighbors in case they haven't had the opportunity to get in touch with FEMA.  There is no guarantee they will get assistance.
