As I have mentioned in previous post, the High/Mid Rise Condo developments that are presently being constructed in Las Vegas have chosen to incorporate retail and commercial space in their plans. The commercial and retail Real Estate market in Las Vegas has been doing exceptionally well according to well respected publications and articles i have read. Millions of dollars are being made in commercial, retail, and the industrial Real Estate market in Las Vegas silently with very exposure in the main stream media. I do NOT Sell commercial Real estate i strictly am focusing on Residential at the present time but i can assure you this I can recognize opportunity when I see it. Your probably wondering what the HELL is the point of all babilling about High/Mid rise Condos and Commercial Real Estate and what the HELL dose it all have to do with each other, well i am getting to that.

The point that i am trying to make is if the retail and commercial Real Estate market is already producing extremely lucrative profits, Imagine how much more lucrative it will be once all the High/Mid rise Condos have finished their developments and opened their retail and commercial space doors. Their is already Hundreds of Millions of dollars being made yearly in the retail and commercial side of Real Estate in Las Vegas and i am predicting today for all my readers that by the year 2010 we will see Humongous profits in not only retail and commercial Real estate but also High/Mid rise Condo developments. Get ready America cause Las Vegas is just warming up.
