Congrats to ME on 100,000!

I know my climb to the top has been a bit slower then some but well worth the effort. I have to admit that this post is a bit premature but if all my peers jump in to give me a boost I should be over the top by tomorrow.

Here's how you can help:

1- HI JACK this post and let me trickle over on the comment points

2-FEATURE it and watch them grow (I have never been feature in almost 200 posts so this would be a two-fold treat)

3- Seek and Find any 10 of my posts that your deem worthy and comment (you like to do ten-a-days anyway right?)-

4- Have fun but remember this is PUBLIC so behave- I don't mind my readers seeing what a bunch of great friends I get to hang with in the RAIN.

Cheryl - I HOPE THIS POST GETS FEATURED! I cannot believe you have made it to 100K without having a feature post! I realize not everyone has the privilege and pleasure to be your "cellmate" and experience firsthand what an extraordinary person you are to be around, but your personality certainly shines through in your writing. It's a shame so many AR members have been deprived of this in the past. I'm flagging you for a feature. Wouldn't this be a great milestone!

Michael- you are one of my favorites- I am always learning something new to me from the inspector- guys

Mary- it has all been enjoyable- I personally have over 160,000 playmates (some I haven't even 'met' yet!)

I've been MIA this week, and just checked in to see how it's going, congrats on (almost) being there! I'll check back to see how it's going!

Marantino- I am getting close, I know that if I would just sit down and write another post, I could do it. I spent some time editing past posts and think I have lost a few points for doing so.

I got a call from CA the other day and it was from the gal that the boat was named after. Her dad worked for the studio that filmed On the Water Front back in the '50's . She is doing research and found our Calling All Cheryl's post. I told her when she writes her book, I want to do the intro.

It is one things being named after a tug-boat, it is totally another being the baby the vessel got named for. When I told my mom about the call, she re-told the story and clarified that they had seen the original boat when there were crossing on a ferry back EAST. I was also contracted by the gal that owns the sister ship that was used for filming of the show McHales Navy.- small world- this cyber space thing. cw
