Earning Business

I have always said that I am not concerned with where my business is coming from today.

What is important is where my business is coming from in 6 months, 12 months or even two years from now.

Today I am happing I did the type of business that I am so busy I can hardly handle it.

My primary focus is Commercial Finance and Hard Money Finance. I don't really market residential business anymore but I still end up closing at least 6 residential loans a month.

Anymore it seems like my marketing is answering the phone. God I love referrals!

This is so true. If you lay the foundation your business will thrive.

Do business the 'right' way and over the long haul additional business will find you! (hopfully). If it doesn't, you (the proverbial you) has the worst luck in the world, or you live in timbuktu with a combined population of 1 :)

Nice picture, it is why i looked at this blog, no offence but lived in Minneapolis from 98-2003 and I miss my friends there.
