Fesh Banana Cake

With mixer, cream together:
2/3 C Margarine
1 2/3 C Sugar
After that is throughly mixed, add:
2 Eggs

In a bowl combine 1 1/2 C Flour
1 1/4 t Baking powder
1 t Salt
1 t Baking soda
Add the flour mixture alternately with 2/3 C Buttermilk starting with the flour.  Mix until combines. 

Mash 3 bananas and add.  You can add 2/3 C chopped nuts.

Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Buttercream Icing

1/2 C Magarine (1 stick)
3/4 Bag of powdered sugar
Milk (about 1/3-1/2 C)
1 T Vanilla
2 T Cinnamon

Beat together for icing.  Garnish with dehydrated banana slices and cinnamon sugar.
