Denny Grimes and Company Market Update W/E 06/17/2007

Sales continue to be well below the levels set last year for the same time period. During the first few weeks of June 237 homes have gone under contract of those, 76% have been in the under $300,000 price range and 90% under the $400,000 price point. New listings on the market out paced contracts written by a 4-1 ratio for the week.

Showings for our listings were up over last week and our Internet activity increased.
