• Why did you choose this business?
• Why are you still in this business?
• What perceptions of this business did you have before that changed now that you are in it?
• How do you choose your business alliances? (Lenders, Title Companies, Attorneys, landscapers ...)
• Why do you work for the company that you work for? Or, why are you an independent broker?

• Local colleges, junior colleges and Universities (include mascots and famous teams) (localism)
• Local College hang outs (localism)
• Where to look for a job as a college student ... Parents have been known to buy their kid a condo while they are in college  ...  (localism)
• College radio stations and papers (localism)
• Libraries in your area (localism)
• The stupidest thing that you did as a RE agent
• What RE school did NOT teach you about real estate
• Do you even remember anything from RE school? What really IS a mete and bound ...
