The sale of my listing at 1710 Pheasant St in the Osage Ranch subdivision of Plattsmouth closed and the buyer was represented by Michelle Gustafson.

I have always said that if you have someone you can communicate on the "other side of the deal", you have a better chance of your deal coming to the closing table, AND, closing it. After all, what is the purpose of making things more difficult, we need to COOPERATE and work for the DEAL, and not our PRIDE.
