It is so refreshing to read that they are appreciated for their hard work on closing a real estate deal. We as agents, need to remember to acknowledge all who are involved in the transaction, including the title company or attorney that has closed the deal. There is no excuse in the real estate market today, for the thanks and gratitude NOT BEING given to those deserving, and let's remember to to it always. I found that a nice thank you card that is already prepared and taken to the closing table to give to all parties was a nice way to close the deal.
