Steve, you are absolutely right.  I can only imagine how stressed the whole real estate community, loan officers, and title companies will be the very last week of November.  The time to purchase is upon us.  I don't think buyers truly understand yet that the deadline to purchase in order to close for the $8000 tax credit is this next two weeks, NOT the November 30th date that continues to be touted in national and local media.  The clock is ticking, the supply of homes is dwindling, and most homes in the starter market have sold very quickly.  Celebrity Homes still has a few homes, townhomes, and villas that will be complete by the deadline.  Please call me at 813-2044 if you need any help with new construction.  Have a great autumn!
