Well, today is Saturday and you see that fence to the left of the building?
Well, tomorrow it is being stained a different color. The owner is taking great strides to get this house to have a little more appeal, dust and sand, paint, replace doors ...
Come take a look

This is the first floor bathroom. Scrub, sanded, primed and painted the ceiling and then two coats of paint.
The bathroom was more antiseptic in look and so I choose a Plum color that just makes this bathroom come alive.
Granted I have to give you an upated photo with the new light fixture and rug but this bathroom is coming along and making the building more inviting.

We are gettting close by having all the trim work painted.
They have now got the backsplash in place and well, I'll take more photos tomorrow to show you the transition on how to pull a countertop together in a stronger way.

We are almost there .... Window treatments need to come down and replaced with new, more appealing for this combination dining room. We had the baseboard paintedin white, the walls were mudded, and the cove molding was painted to match the walls .
Will keep you posted on this listing located at 7505 Keeney, Niles, Illinois. It is a legal two flat with a finished basement that has a summer kitchen in it (no wiild ideas here for putting in another unit because the Village of Niles watches closely).
