Bringing a Tuscan-themed village to the desert is one of the goals of Tuscany, a new master-planned community in Henderson, Nevada. When completed, the 518-acre project will be home to nearly 6,000 residents. There will be single-family homes and townhomes, many with views of Sunrise Mountain to the north, Black Mountain to the south, or the Lake Mead National Recreation Area to the east.
Tuscany was designed by RNM (a top 100 residential architect) and is being built by Rhodes Homes, with 30 floor plans in 17 neighborhoods. Residents will be able to enjoy the 35,000 square foot La Vita Tuscana Recreation Center, shops at Botticelli Marketplace, 18 holes of championship golf designed by Ted Robinson, Jr. and miles of walking trails.
One-, two- and three-story homes range from 1,724 - 4,392 square feet and are priced from the mid-300's to the high 600's. Three-story townhomes are 2,106 - 2,307 sq ft. Pricing has not yet been released.
