One of my favorite times in a real estate transaction, as Closing Day draws nearer and nearer, is the preparation for window treatments. In most cases a speedy temporary fix is mini blinds. When I get the call to view a home under contract from one of my clients, I go willingly and freely. Whether it is the call to measure windows or show it to grandma from out of town I show it at their convenience. To do anything else would be cruel and unusual punishment. Just think of somebody post poning Christmas morning.

Here is another happy and excited client. Our discussion at this session ranged from weed killer to removing brick borders around the flower beds. The only better time is the celebration dinner after the closing.

You are so right. Owning a home is one of the greatest pleasures a person can ever have. It is great to ba a part of this, and making it happen.

That is a great attitude to have. I can remember being there as a homeowner on our move to Colorado. We were downsizing and had to measure certain things to see if things would fit. I'm sure your clients appreciate your helpfulness.
