Wow , nice pics ! You are so cute!
Hi Donna... that's one of the things I miss the most about Austin... it's such an outdoors oriented city!
Your daughter is so cute she steals the attention in the picture...
Imagine the perfect day, then pursue it...
Paul
Great place and part of Austin's history. I have visited it a couple of times in the past.
Cute daughter!
Tracy Lee, Ahh Shucks *blush*!
Steve, And you have to stock up on Zyrtec!
Paul, Did you read what her shirt says?
Trey, Good excersise too, and thanks!
Great localism post Donna!! Very informative.
Donna - So many thoughts come to mind here. First, your daughter is precious. Second, this is an excellent localism post. The pics are great and I enjoyed reading about Mt Bonnell. Third, I grew up in the foothills of the Appalanchian mountains. Any location with an elevation of 785 ft was considered a valley!
Donna
WOW some great views, also looks like someone was having a great time.
Good luck and success.
Lou Ludwig
Nice pictures Donna. Looks like a very fun park
J & A, Thanks!
Erik, You're so kind! And yes, I guess the size does seem small, especially when it takes just a couple of minutes to climb it.
Lou, Always having a great time!
John, No play equipment, but still fun to run around and scare mommy when too close to the edge.
Next time I'm in Austin, will have to check this out! Have never climbed the climb!
"Future Realtor in Training?" Oh, Heavens, that's cute! Julie
Judi, The first I went, I thought I needed hiking shoes, but you're ok with sandals!
Julie, I got a few different ones at my baby shower. "My mommy will sell your house" and "houses for sale donna@donnahoms.com".
I'll have to check it out sometime when we're in the state. Looks like you had some great "mommy and me" time! =)
Sincerely,
Kathleen
Donna, I can see how you can go up there many times and never get bored. Look at those views.
As beautiful as it may be, it's not nearly as beautiful as the precious little girl standing there. :)
Wow she is getting soooooooooooo big!!! wow....btw, I saw Growth leaders came out with a "new improved product" :- )
Great job letting everyone know about Covert Park, Donna.
And those pictures of your daughter are priceless!
The one of you and her is worthy of framing and hanging up in your new home!
Kathleen, It was more Grandma time and I was just decoration.
Sylvie, Ahh, thanks, that's sweet!
Jesse, Blah blah blah... I can't believe you tanted my blog with that company's name!! LOL
Craig, Thank you!
