Yesterday I was getting ready to list a FHA Short sale. This is something I hadn't done before so the first thing I did was go to www.ShortsaleSuperStars and click on the FHA Short Sale group. Once there I found all the info I needed to take this listing. It has FHA guidelines, forms, procedures, numbers to call and every thing else I needed to talk to my Seller with confidence. Eventually, we hope to have groups set up for every lender.

Hi BB, I guess I started, but just finished signing up, my photo was already there, LOL. I know it is only a matter of time before I have one, and I feel a bit better knowing that all this info is there. Don't tell TLW I said so, but you really are a superstar. Oh, wait, isn't that a song or something? LOL.

BB, this is a great group. I am on it almost everyday.

I sent and invite to all my team, some were able to join and some said they couldn't. No worries as I will walk them through it at next team meeting.

Bryant... One of the first things I was able to find when I joined the group was the correct route to reach Wells Fargo's short sale department...the fax number to my request processed, and Wendy's advice about patience and persistence. Thanks to both of you for putting the info together to streamline the process for all of us.

Bryant... I want to thank you ans Wendy for all the hard work you have put into this site and the webinar. Lots of great information. Everyone should consider joining this group. Yesterday I just listed 2 BOA Short Sales... I will be looking for info as these are my first BOA short sales.

I will have to join after I get thru this first time home buyer rush. Working hard to get thru it.

BB, Haven't read your post yet, but that's next. You're in a judicial state, right? Forgive the dumb question, but if I don't ask, I won't get an answer. So, does being in a judicial state have a direct bearing on short sales? Or only on foreclosures?

Sherry Seigel, "So, does being in a judicial state have a direct bearing on short sales? Or only on foreclosures?" Sherry I am NOT an expert at this stuff. I do know that because Florida is a judicial state foreclosures take longer. Therefore we have more time to complete a short sale. There may be pother pros and cons but this is really not my area of expertise. Go write a forum question about it on thes ite. I'm sure others will chime in with some good answers.

Julie, There is a search on the site. Go to "members" then in the search window on te left top just type in the area you are looking for then click on the litttle magnifying glass icon. It's not perfect but it does work.

It would be nice if we had a map search. I need to find a tech guy that can work on some of this stuff for us.

It's amazing how quickly this has grown into one of the top short sale resources for agents. Congrats, Bryant and Wendy, on this success! Hopefully in a few years the group can transition from a short sale emphasis to vacation homes and investment properties.

Hello BB & "Lady B!" I appreciate you making this information available to us! Thank You! I was already a NING member and have joined the SS'er's. I currently am an agent to the seller of an approved short sale property that is we should be receiving a bid on any day. Should i or someone else create a group for HFC/Beneficial in the SS Website?

Hi Diane, Yes please start a new group. Ant lender info you have would be great. We want groups for all the lenders qwe are working with. You can also upload and documents related to that lender. Thanks for joining
