This gives us as Realtors in California an advantage to provide up to the minute searches for our clients. How many times have you tried to do a CMA in another area than were you work and not had available the data you needed? What about finding an agent to refer your client to, this will help.

Reported by RISMEDIA, October 2, 2009-Multi Regional Multiple Listing Service (MRMLS) and MLSListings, Inc. announced a reciprocal agreement providing subscribers with full search capabilities for Southern and Northern California property listings through Tarasoft Matrix, an enterprise-level MLS application being used by both organizations. This expansion will help more than 50,000 real estate professionals better assist their clients in looking to relocate as well as grow their business through referrals.

Trey, You would be amazed at the women in their eighties that are there every day! The oldest is 92 and has been doing exercising forever. I only hope I can do as good at her age.
