Jason, For that price, for that condition, for 4 bedrooms, for 2 full baths, for ceramic floors, for a garage... I,too, expect it to sell very quickly.

That is quite a deal for only $124,900. looks spacious.

Jason: Even without the tax credit, it looks like this one should sell quickly but any first time buyer wanting a great deal plus the added bonus of the tax credit should be all over this one!

Wow Jason What a great price for that lovely home. It has amazing features...sure it will sell soon..I wish I could buy something that nice at that great price in State College Pa....not gona happen
