Prices are up 3-5% depending on price range, as for inventory I wasn't tracking Algonquin last year so there is no way to know for sure. This is why I am setting this up know and it will become a historical record for me and my clients.

Very interesting. 

I just looked at a town in Maryland, Laurel which has about the same population and the stats are similar, EXCEPT for the average price sold.

    You see the trend for how few are under contract, think both towns are going to have a big increase in inventory over this winter.
