All of the trailers in the former RV Park have been removed and the bulldozers will be starting to arrive at the new Frenchman's Crossing shopping center site.  We are very excited to be moving into the neighborhood and think that everyone will find the new services being offered as an asset to the community.  You all will notice the ground starting to turn soon, with construction set to begin in October 2009.  It is our hope to open Publix in November 2010, just in time for the busy holiday season.   In  addition to Publix Supermarket, there will also be an additional 16,000 square feet of space in the front of the development.  If anybody is interested in leasing space, please give me a call.
