Well Brian your point is well taken because during the down turn.... and make no mistake there was a down turn.My Exit Residuals slowed down from my sponsored agents and my business slowed. People were still buying homes. But the people that were buying were not those with low scores. So in a sense "it does not matter". But the reality of it all... the system shut down from all the defaults and the bundle loan that were sold in bulk and resold then did not produce the return. At one point the mortgage industry was at a complete stop on the grand scheme of things. I have only been in the business about 2 1/2 years and actually look at the whole thing as a normal swing of the industry. Just more severe than normal. Now it is back on the up swing. So saying "it does not matter" is like saying you don't have to breath .. you don't need that oxygen "it doesn't matter". It mattered to millions of Americans that were affected by the down turn. It mattered to all the other industries down stream of the market that were impacted. Who am I? No body just another person. But I am here to say and shout it from the mountain tops! THE RECESSION IS OVER! If you believe it you can be it! THE RECESSION IS OVER! It is my battle cry! Then back it up with getting those loans approved and selling houses!
