Yesterday I was getting ready to list a FHA Short sale. This is something I hadn't done before so the first thing I did was go to www.ShortsaleSuperStars and click on the FHA Short Sale group. Once there I found all the info I needed to take this listing. It has FHA guidelines, forms, procedures, numbers to call and every thing else I needed to talk to my Seller with confidence.
