Where is your Real Estate Agent Sphere?  How big is your database of Real Estate Agents?

What is your Listing Sales vs Buyer Sales Ratio?

How long have you been practicing Real Estate?

How will you find buyers for this home?

Will you have a Virtual Tour?

What awards to you have?

What do you think about Open Houses?

What is your Market Analysis on this home?

Where is your office? (if far) Is this going to be a problem?
