Today I went with my family to an intersting Japanese restaurant in Tempe called Te Haru Sushi near Priest Rd and Ray RD. It is interesting sushi restaurant where there is a conveyor belt that circles around the center of the sushi area and you pick what you want as it travels by you. There are little signs that tell you what you are seeing. No need to wait for the waiter to bring you additional food. Just pick it up, it is already on a plate. You are charged by the plates you have at the end of the meal. Very cool.
Regarding real estate, short sales and reos are absorbing into the market a little more from what I see. There are many multiple offers being made on properties. Great time for the first time homebuyers with cash and good credit.
