Deer Creek sounds like a great place to live. The homes sound ideal and appear to be affordable. As you clearly know the Deer Creek neighborhood, buyers and sellers should definitely call you when they are ready to enter the real estate market.

Deer Creek is a nice place. I haven't shown but a few homes in there but all was impressed. Great local post JL sure to bring you some Juice.
JL: The only things that stands out to me is the lack of sidewalks. Is that common in your communities?
JL...Neighborhoods like these are stagnet in my area. Hopefull, they will move agin in the near future.
Erik- It really is a very nice area, I live just around the corner from it.
Sharon- I have noticed that you have been missing, I hope you've just been busy and that everything is alright.
Laura- They are some great homes. I like the floor plans and the square footage for the money.
Chris Ann- It's about 50/50 I guess you could say. You will see a good many communities that do not have sidewalks, but many that do, so neither is really uncommon.
Bill- Some of them are in our area, but not this one. It depends on the location with us.
